All 32 applications validated in Sevenoaks district to 18 September: a Four Elms barn-to-home bid, a home at a Swanley nursery, Wagamama's delivery hatch.
Sevenoaks District Council validated 32 planning applications in the week beginning 14 September (Sevenoaks District Council, weekly planning list, Public Access). Most are tree works and condition paperwork. Four are worth a closer look.
The ones to know about
- A barn-to-home conversion at Four Elms. The owners of Owls Court Farm on Five Fields Lane have applied under Class Q permitted development rights to change an agricultural building to residential use (26/02363/PAC). Class Q bids are decided on prior approval, not a full planning balance.
- One home at a Swanley nursery. A permission-in-principle application seeks a single dwelling at Robertsons Nursery, Goldsel Road (26/02426/PIP).
- Wagamama wants a delivery hatch. The chain’s Sevenoaks restaurant at 138A-138B High Street has applied to install a sliding delivery hatch (26/02169/FUL).
- Protected open space to a driveway at Hartley. At 19 Springcroft, an application would change a section of protected amenity open space to residential curtilage with an extended block-paved drive and a new parking space (26/02342/FUL).
