57 companies took Sevenoaks addresses from 1 to 21 September, biotech to koi carp; a Swanley printer's liquidation and two HMRC petitions lead the closures.

Fifty-seven new companies were registered with Sevenoaks addresses between 1 and 21 September, Companies House records show (Companies House, advanced company search). The same three weeks brought a run of Gazette insolvency notices, including a Swanley Village printer in liquidation and two winding-up petitions from HM Revenue and Customs.

The new names

Among the 57 are several firms with a recognisable local trade behind the name:

  • Hills & Oaks Accountancy Ltd, Phelps Close, West Kingsdown, registered for accountancy and audit
  • Heat 209 Ltd, Hillingdon Avenue, Sevenoaks, plumbing and heating installation
  • MT Roofing and Damp Proofing Ltd, Manor Road, Sundridge
  • BG Assessments Ltd, registered at the Springbank Clinic on Pembroke Road, classified for health activities
  • Oast Medical Limited, Battlefields Road, general medical practice, and Immunodrip Limited at Badgers Mount, specialist medical practice
  • Polaris Capital Advisory Limited, Locks Yard on Sevenoaks High Street, management consultancy
  • Ancillary AI Ltd, Mount Close, Sevenoaks, business software development
  • DDS Nishikigoi Limited, Platt Common, classified for specialist fish retail; nishikigoi is the Japanese name for koi carp
  • Roseyard Live Ltd, West Kingsdown, sound recording and music publishing

One pairing stands out. Apheriva Biosource Ltd and Assaymera Bioanalytics Ltd were both registered on 10 September at the same first-floor address at One Suffolk Way, and both are classified for biotechnology research and development. Two more research and advisory firms, Cevoran Research and Cairvane Advisors, followed at the same address on 15 September.

Two caveats, as every month. First, a registered office is not a trading address: 19 of the 57 are registered at Ground Floor or Temple Court, 108-112 Main Road, Sundridge, a formation and accountancy service address, six more at Lakeview Stables near St Clere, Kemsing, and four at One Suffolk Way. Second, the search catches any address containing “Sevenoaks”, which includes villages such as Wrotham, Borough Green and Platt that use the Sevenoaks post town but sit in the Tonbridge and Malling district, and it misses firms registered in Swanley, Edenbridge and Westerham without “Sevenoaks” in the address.

The closures and winding-ups

The Gazette carried these corporate insolvency notices for the district since our August round-up:

  • Rocha Print Solutions Limited, a publishing and print firm registered at The Old Barn off Wood Street, Swanley Village, went into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 10 September. Its trading address was in Gravesend. Joint liquidators from Opus Restructuring were appointed (The Gazette, appointment of liquidators, 14 September 2026).
  • Willow Court Services Limited, also registered at The Old Barn, Swanley Village, is being wound up in the High Court. The Official Receiver has called a creditors’ meeting for 13 October to appoint a liquidator in the Official Receiver’s place (The Gazette, meetings of creditors, 16 September 2026).
  • Kelwood Contracts Ltd, Tweed House, Park Lane, Swanley, called a virtual meeting of creditors for 18 September to consider a winding-up resolution and nominate liquidators (The Gazette, meetings of creditors, 2 September 2026). No outcome notice had been published by 21 September.
  • Capital Funding Partners Ltd, registered at Lakeview Stables, Lower St Clere, was wound up voluntarily by its members on 3 September, with joint liquidators appointed from Begbies Traynor (The Gazette, resolutions for winding-up, 11 September 2026). The notice does not say whether the closure is solvent.
  • Gallatin Limited, with a trading address at Red House, Bank Lane, Underriver, was wound up voluntarily by its members on 27 August. A declaration of solvency is on the company’s file, so this is a solvent closure, not a failure (The Gazette, resolutions for winding-up, 1 September 2026; Companies House, filing history). Creditors have until 23 September to prove any debts.

Two winding-up petitions from HM Revenue and Customs are also on the record:

The month’s most visible closure was reported separately: GHOST (KH) Limited, the company behind the Pig & Pickle at Seal Chart, went into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 11 September.

What the terms mean

A winding-up petition is a request to the court, not a decision: the company can pay, dispute the debt, or the petition can be dismissed. A creditors’ voluntary liquidation means the directors have concluded the company cannot pay its debts. A members’ voluntary liquidation with a declaration of solvency, like Gallatin’s, is an orderly closure of a solvent company. None of these notices names individuals’ home addresses, and we do not report personal insolvencies.
