Two orders are shaping the week: the Vine PSPO looks set to run until 2029 as antisocial behaviour drops, while Halstead's car meets face £500 fines if its own order is renewed. There is money moving in the other direction too, with The Stag opening a £100,000 pledge appeal that closes on 1 October and £5,000 of community grants open until the 6th.
