How we chose

These are the pubs people around Sevenoaks search for when they want a roast. We picked them on public evidence: awards, entries in guides such as CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide, how long the pub has been trading, a food hygiene rating of 3 or above, and a roast menu or Sunday serving times published on the pub’s own website. We have not eaten at them for this guide and we do not rate the food. Every price, time and rule above comes from the pub’s own site or menu, and hygiene ratings come from the Food Standards Agency. We left out pubs whose Sunday food we could not confirm from their own pages. Run a place that should be here, or spot something that has changed? Email newsdesk@sevenoaksonline.co.uk.
